How to Become a Member

Categories of membership                                                                                                                      

There are two categories of members:

•Professionals

•Students

Requirements

Any candidate interested in joining kenweb should meet the following minimum requirements.

Professional membership

•Should have a PHD in the field of Natural Sciences including zoology,botany, geography and other fields of interest of KENWEB.

•Have interest in collaborating with one or members of the team in research and proposal writing

•Have interest in student mentorship and willing to fund raise for graduate student sponsorship

•Have capacity to share field equipment, laboratory equipment, research resources and findings with KENWEB for multi-disciplinary work

Student membership

•Should have a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources, Conservation Biology, Zoology, Botany, Geography and other Natural and  Physical sciences of interest to the team’s workShould be interested in Wetlands, Water Sciences, Biodiversity and Climate and demonstrate   in their application such interest

•Should have and understanding of KENWEB, its membership, scope and interests.
